It doesn’t get any more idyllic than Nu Nu. The core of our being is to showcase the amazing bounty of lush, fresh produce from the rainforest, the reef and outback cattle stations.
We regularly change our menu to suit the seasons – imagine dishes like kimchi butter poached reef fish with squid ink noodles in a corn and seaweed broth, or sugar cane smoked duck with bbq radicchio, rhubarb and pickles.
